Our story
The team behind ETF Engine has spent more than a decade building technology for the ETF industry. We founded LOGICLY to solve the data and digital infrastructure problems ETF issuers face every day — product page hosting, holdings management, analytics, distribution, and advisor-facing research tools.
In 2023, LOGICLY was acquired by TMX Group and became part of TMX VettaFi, one of North America's leading exchange groups.
ETF Engine is what we chose to build next: the same problems, approached with everything we learned the first time, for issuers in every market — not just North America.

2017
LOGICLY founded
LOGICLY set out to bring modern technology and data infrastructure to the ETF industry — analytics, product pages, data tools, and advisor-facing research for issuers.
2023
Acquired by TMX Group
TMX Group acquired LOGICLY and incorporated it into TMX VettaFi, bringing the platform inside one of North America's leading exchange groups.
2025
ETF Engine launched
The founding team launched ETF Engine to build global digital infrastructure for asset managers — designed from the start for issuers across every major market.
