Common questions

How is pricing structured?
Engagements are scoped to your fund range, markets, and the services you use — there is no one-size price list. After a conversation about your setup, we provide a written proposal with specific terms.
What does onboarding involve?
We connect to your fund administrators and data sources, build your pages or feeds, and run a verification period alongside your current setup before anything switches over. Your existing URLs and client integrations are preserved.
Can we start with one service and add others?
Yes. The platform runs on one data core, so adding a service — the Issuer Dashboard, API delivery, embedded tools — builds on work already done rather than starting over.
What happens to our existing website and feeds?
Migration preserves your URLs, redirects, and any client-facing data contracts. A move to ETF Engine should be invisible to your clients except for the improvement.
Whom do we talk to about data licensing?
Licensing depends on what data you display or redistribute and where. Our team walks through this during scoping so the proposal states plainly what is covered.
